This storage space is accessible through various methods including network drives, web interfaces, and remote access protocols.
Your CS home directory is your Y: drive. It is the same storage
no matter how you reach it — a lab desktop, a virtual desktop, or an SSH
session on cyrus.cs.unlv.edu — so your files follow you across
every CS system. Anything you save to the Y: drive is kept and backed up.
This storage is intended for academic use only. Do not store personal or sensitive information, as school-managed systems are not designed for personal use.
Connect to your storage via network drives on campus or through VPN when off-campus.
