In the TBE B-361 lab all of the computers run Linux, but the 1st 3 rows dual boot both Linux and Windows. The default is to boot to Linux

Log out, or otherwise restart the machine
When the menu loads, use the up & down arrow keys to select to top menu entry CentOS 7 and press Enter

Push the power button
When the menu loads, use the up & down arrow keys to select the operating system you want
Press Enter
