UNLV CS Account Application and Security Acknowledgment
Use this web page to apply for a UNLV School of Computer Science account.
CS accounts are a subset of the Howard
R. Hughes College of Engineering (HHCE) computer accounts. Before you proceed please
read the following carefully:
CS Guidelines:
If you do not already have a College of Engineering Network account, apply now by doing one of the following:
Note: If you do not have a college account, we generally will not
give you a CS account.
CS machines are college machines and are subject to the same guidelines
as college machines. You are bound by all the rules and guidelines found
on College of Engineering Network account application when you use these machines.
Backups on these machines are for machine restore only, you should back up your work
yourself, or copy it over the network.

Security Acknowledgment:
By using your account you are acknowledging your responsibility to protect
any information (processed and/or stored under directories that you own)
which is derived from copyrighted, licensed, or proprietary information.
If applicable, you will learn the protection features available for this
purpose provided by the operating system. In addition, you will protect

confidence, since you are responsible for any use or abuse of the systems
